Laura Bors

Laura joined the GAS Head Office team in 2015 following 9 years (and one Global Financial Crisis!) in the finance industry.  She has a broad range of experience in areas such as: reporting & analysis, key account management (both SME and sole traders), IT project management, platform enhancement & change management.

Laura both enjoys and is committed to “bridging the gap” that can so easily develop between the attitudes, perspectives and understandings of different interests within and around a national network like that which GAS has.  Nowhere is this more important than in the rapidly evolving area of technology – the primary focus of Laura’s attention.

Alongside her busy full-time working life, Laura found the time to study for a Bachelor of Business Studies.  She graduated in December 2014 having majored in management alongside human resource management & employee relations with a minor in business information systems.

In her spare time, Laura is a keen sportsperson and enjoys the outdoors.  She plays weekend soccer and netball and can often be found taking in the sun (and coffee) along Takapuna beach.
